How customer reviews work

We welcome honest feedback about products bought from All Sorts Supply, whether positive or negative. We do not pay for favourable reviews or offer rewards for them.

Verified purchases

Invitations are linked to a paid, dispatched order and the products on it. Admin confirms receipt before creating an invitation. One review can be submitted per product on that order. “Verified purchase” means we checked the purchase in our records; it does not mean we endorse every statement or have independently established delivery from the courier. Sandbox test reviews cannot be published.

Fair moderation

We check all ratings for authenticity, relevance, privacy and lawful content using the same criteria. Low ratings, criticism, returns or refunds are not removal reasons. Genuine, relevant and lawful reviews should be published without favouring positive feedback. We may hold, reject or remove content containing personal information, abuse, irrelevant material, duplicate content, suspected fabrication or unlawful content. We keep an internal record of moderation decisions. Staff cannot rewrite your review or rating. Our replies are clearly labelled as the business.

What is displayed

Published reviews show your chosen display name, rating, title, review text, submission date and any business reply. They do not show your order number, email address or private invitation. Product averages and counts include all currently published reviews, not only favourable ones. If there are more than 50, the latest 50 are shown and the average includes all published reviews.

Your choices

Reviewing is optional. Do not include your address, contact details, order reference or sensitive information. Keep your invitation private. It expires after 60 days and can be revoked. Use the original invitation to withdraw a submitted review while the invitation remains valid; after expiry, contact us. Withdrawal removes the review from display. Limited private purchase-verification and moderation records are retained to handle disputes, prevent duplicate/fake reviews and meet legal obligations; we review them when no longer needed.
